Eligible Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) can get up to 70% grant support on qualifying costs, namely third party consultancy fees, software and equipment, and incremental internal manpower cost.
What is the criteria for EDG?
To be eligible for the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG), you need to:

  • Be registered and operating in Singapore
  • Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding
  • Be in a financially viable position to start and complete the project
Can startup companies apply?
Generally, startups are not eligible for EDG.
Who approves the EDG grant?
Enterprise Singapore (ESG) will:

  • Assess the application,
  • Determine the feasibility and impact of the project, and
  • Give the final approval
